Job Title: Marketing Executive (HYBRID)

Base Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: York

Introduction: My client is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive with a broad range of skills to join their global Commercial Team. This role involves working closely with the marketing team and the wider Commercial Team to execute the clients global marketing strategy. The position is based in York, UK, with occasional international and UK travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM data, segmentation, and automation to support sales and marketing activities.
• Create and manage digital marketing content, including emails, paid ads, and social media posts.
• Support website administration and content creation.
• Assist in marketing reporting using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Help organize trade shows and exhibitions.

Skills Required and Desirable:

• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
• Experience with design software (Photoshop or Illustrator) and website CMS.
• Knowledge of marketing channels, campaign execution, and social media for business.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and copywriting skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Desirable: Experience in life science/diagnostic or manufacturing organizations.
• Degree or higher in marketing or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) is desired.
