Multi Trade operative for reactive maintenance work in Westminster

We are looking for a Handy Person and or/ Multi Trader Operative that has experience within the maintenance sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.

A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
knowledge and previous experience in edge protection systems and suppliers, gantries, walkways and guardrails
Previous experience and training in working at heights and fixed ladders.
Understanding of HSE, relevant legislation and industry standards
Understanding of the requirements of BS EN 13374: 2013 A1 2018
Full UK Driver's License 
Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service. 
City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry
