Offering part-time hours 3 full days per week, starting ASAP. Joining a great team you will work closely with the office manager and senior team, using a mix of skill sets, offering flexibility. A varied role, that will suit someone with strong interpersonal, communication skills. With a friendly office vibe, this role is busy, the team work to high standards and are drive by customer care.
- Extensive meet and greet of high end clients
- Looking after the office appearance, ensure everything is organised
- Assist with admin requests from senior management and the board
- Organising with the companies events, meetings and the gathering of welcome packs specifically for each meeting
- Responsible for new joiner inductions to ensure the best experience possible
- Dealing with orders and deliveries, ensure any queries are dealt with within a timely fashion
- Dealing with internal correspondence and queries
- Organising expenses for senior management and the wider team
