Pinnacle Group are looking for a motivated Technical Services Manager to support all hard and soft service-related operations within two high end residential developments providing proactive management of onsite Hard, Soft and M&E services, and facilities and building defects. Your role will involve management of all services including new building defects delivered either in-house or by contractors, efficient and cost-effective management of contractors on site and monitor, procure, review, and improve services required under the contracts, either directly or through contractors.

You will be joining our Residential Property Management team based in Battersea. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents' Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm, the role is based at Prince of Wales Drive and includes travel to Nine Elms once a week/as required.
