Role Overview

As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team in performing both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely, with a focus on long-term reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the maintenance team in conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance to maximize operational efficiency.

* Drive and uphold a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout the maintenance team.

* Perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement.

* Manage relationships with suppliers, oversee critical spares, and maintain compliance with maintenance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications & Experience

* Level 3 certification in mechanical engineering or fabrication.

* Proven maintenance experience in a heavy engineering or similar industrial environment.

* Health & Safety certification, such as IOSH Managing Safely, is essential.
