am working on behalf of one of the country's leading home care providers as they are looking for a Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their office based in Shirley, Solihull. They are rated “Good” with the CQC and have been established since 2010.  

The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare in the area

Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
Working closely with the Operations Manager to grow the company
Focusing on providing a premium service to the clients
Line managing two of the office team
Conducting new client assessments
Ensuring the service is compliant with the Care Quality Commission
Required competencies:
Previous Domiciliary Care experience is highly desirable
Previous exposure to management is essential
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Knowledge of West Midlands - desirable
