Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation based in Sudbury, looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join its team.

You will be responsible for supporting the administration team in the smooth running of the service department.

Duties include:

*Day ticket raising
*Answering the telephone
*Liaising the customers and technicians
*Resolving incoming queries
*Record keeping and updating
*Conducting area checks with technicians
*Assisting with any other functions as needed

*Answer calls and respond to enquiries
*Attend job-related training
*Provide assistance in terms of general business support

Hours - Monday - Friday
8.30am - 17.00pm
