Job Title: Lead Engineer - Facilities Management
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to£43,000 rising following completion of probation.
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are working with a leading facilities management company to find a talented Lead Engineer to oversee maintenance operations across multiple commercial and residential sites in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team, providing essential support and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service.
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire alarms.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster strong client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor KPIs, performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to junior engineers.
What We're Looking For:

Strong background in facilities management with technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or facilities management.
