The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio of 200+ units, a deep understanding of compliance, and a proven ability to manage work orders and contractors efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and an eye for detail.
