Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team on the night shift. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients within a neurological setting.

Qualifications

• RGN qualification and current registration with the UK NMC
• Previous experience working as a nurse in a nursing home setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards resident care

Responsibilities

On a typical day, you will be responsible for administering medications, assessing residents' conditions, and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.

• Provide professional nursing care to residents during the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' care and progress
