We are looking for an Operations Executive to join a fun and friendly team in London. As the Operations Executive you are responsible for handling emails and incoming calls, amending existing reservations, schedule changes and holiday re-protections as well as general office duties, ensuring that all back office administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Job Details:
- First point of contact for any pre-travel queries.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and take appropriate action.
- Actioning holiday cancellations and where possible offer alternative travel itineraries.
- Recognising our clients and ensuring their future stays, and accounts are all up to date and accounted for.
- Sending out customer confirmations and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to fulfil the client/agents request - e.g. flight seats, airport assistance, tours.
- Receiving, checking, and forwarding on clients forms to the resorts.
- Handling airline schedule changes including contacting the client and updating Galileo to reflect the new holiday details.
- Amending and upgrading flights and hotels as requested by the client / agent.
- Re-protecting client's holidays when there is a resort closure or Hurricane.
- To be confident to upsell and add on additional extra's to bookings such as airport parking. lounges, hotels, etc.
- As the department grows, to assist with E chat functionality and social media channels.
- Take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the scope of an operations executive, whenever reasonably instructed to do so.

- GDS knowledge preferably Galileo
- Ability to multi task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation & time management skills
- Attention to detail & high numeracy skills.
- Problem solving skills and ability to use initiative to resolve issues.
The Package:
- Salary £25,000
- Hybrid working 2 days office.
