Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate the despatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain detailed records of shipments and inventory.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.
Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency.
Resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
