Russell Taylor Group are seeking a skilled Site / Project Manager to join our clients team on a full time basis in Essex. My client based in Chelmsford, specialise in Groundworks and Construction projects in Essex and London.
As a Site / Projects Manager, you will be running multiple projects in Essex and London, reporting into Director.
Ideal candidate will have full build experience, from groundworks to internals on commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and deliver site activities and to support team to deliver the construction works
Safely and sustainably deliver the construction works to programme, cost and quality
Ensure the sufficiency of people & systems to deliver the construction activity
Support and develop an environment where the construction team can thrive and succeed
Review, monitor and improve construction performance
SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS required.
