A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor site based in a Healthcare contract in Northwest London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Maintenance Supervisor to the team.

About the role:

We are looking to take on board a strong Technical Supervisor site based in a Healthcare contract in Northwest London. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Supervisor to oversee the on-site engineering team reporting into the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

· As a Technical Supervisor you will be overseeing a small team of M&E Engineers and reporting directly into the Engineering Manager.

· PPM's & reactive maintenance.

· Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance works.

· Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.

· You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

· The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

· The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.

· Strong building services background

· Experienced as a Lead Engineer / Supervisor with an M&E background.
