Section Engineer - Civil Engineering (Utilities) - Slough
TRIbuild Solutions are working in partnership with a leading utilities contractor delivering high-profile clean and wastewater projects across London and the South East. We are recruiting for an experienced Section Engineer to join the team, supporting the delivery of key civils-based utility projects in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Carry out setting out and surveying using Leica equipment (GS18/TS16).
Coordinate temporary works, including preparation of design briefs and supervising installations.
Prepare and review essential site documentation including RAMS, ITPs, Construction Phase Plans, and Emergency Response Plans.
Liaise closely with designers, subcontractors, and clients to support project progression.
Lead service avoidance strategies, including CAT & Genny scanning and trial hole investigations.
Supervise lifting operations, manage plant and material requisitions, and control site logistics.
Provide technical engineering support across a range of clean and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pumping stations, trunk mains, and emergency repairs.Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, NRSWA Supervisor.
EUSR Water Hygiene.
Temporary Works Supervisor and/or Temporary Works Coordinator certification.
CAT 1 & 2 and AP Lifting Operations.
Strong communication skills with experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
Previous experience on UK water framework projects is desirable.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and technically capable engineer to join a high-performing team working on essential infrastructure projects.
