We are currently representing a flooring, painting, decorating and tiling contractor in London covering projects in the London and Southeastern areas. They are currently looking for a lead Contracts Manager within the business.

The Role:

Managing client relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Overseeing direct labour and subcontractors on large commercial installations across the UK.

Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Experience within flooring, construction, residential, painting and decorating

Proven experience in flooring contracts management.

Ability to manage large-scale commercial projects.

Willingness to travel nationally, although most projects are based in the West/East Midlands and surrounding areas.

Valid CSCS card is required.
