Salary: £17 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Mid February Start
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional holiday work may be required)

Are you a highly organised and experienced Attendance Officer? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Haringey, North London, seeking a dedicated professional to help maintain and improve student attendance and punctuality.

This is a large secondary school in a lovely part of London. Located a quick bus ride from the nearest underground station(or a 30 min walk), the school also has on-site parking for drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage student attendance and punctuality records
Identify and address attendance concerns with students and families
Liaise with parents, teachers, and school leadership to resolve attendance issues
Collaborate with the pastoral team and external agencies to support student engagement
Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare reports for leadership and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Attendance Officer in a secondary school setting (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - a quick thinker
