Our client is seeking a talented Part III / Architect to join their team on a permanent basis at their Hoddesdon office.

The firm works on a diverse range of projects across both residential and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience
Experience working on residential and commercial projects
Proficiency in RIBA Stages 4-5
A solid understanding of building regulations
Strong communication skills
Experience with AutoCAD
