We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding family owned retail company who are looking for a passionate, keen and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their small sales team in Tewkesbury.

The role is about generating sales but is definitely not a hard sell - you will work towards realistic sales targets and generate new business through a self-motivated approach.

Key Skills:

* Sales experience is preferred but not essential - full product and sales training is given.

* Self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals.

* Ability to work within a small team to achieve sales targets.

* Excellent time management

* A good understanding of Microsoft Office

Salary is £27,100 plus uncapped commission.
