CLIENT:

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Planner to join one of the area's most innovative Business who are carrying out ambitious plans for future site investment

ROLE:

As Engineering Planner you'll be creating overall departmental schedules, assigning and prioritising workloads, and working closely with Engineering and Operations teams to coordinate overhauls and essential maintenance.

* Generate weekly planned work using CMMS

* Liaise with the team to develop a maintenance plan that fits with production plans

* Produce Plan's and communicate clearly to engineering teams to allow completion

* Lead engineering planning meetings

* Work closely with site Continuous Improvement and project teams

* Identify specific safety hazards that are encountered in the performance of the work

* Allocate work across shifts to optimise planning efficiency

* Be accountable and drive planning KPI's

* Act as Subject matter expert with regards to site CMMS

JOB OFFER:

* Have working knowledge of process & utilities plant engineering activities

* Ability to communicate effectively with those at all levels

* Understanding of HSE and quality requirements in a maintenance/manufacturing environment

* Ability to take on new skills and fault-finding knowledge in the workplace

* Experience of working within a manufacturing company

* History in engineering roles on complex sites

* Experience with CMMS systems
