Our client is a well-established, friendly dental practice and they are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join their team.

* Based in Leatherhead

* £13.50 - £14 per hour / £26,149 - £27,118

* Monday - Friday, 37.25 hours per week

Job Description:

* Meet and greet clients, welcoming them into the practice.

* Liaising with clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service.

* Extensive diary management, scheduling appointments.

* Taking and processing payments.

* Assisting with the social media and marketing of the practice.

* Help maintain a clean and organised environment.

Person Specification:

* Similar experience in a similar role.

* Professional and well-presented.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Good telephone manner.

* Strong customer service skills.

* Organised with a high attention to detail.

Schedule:

* Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm

* Tuesday 8am - 1pm

* Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm

* Thursday 8:45am - 4:30pm

* Friday 8:30am - 3pm
