Location: Preston
Salary:  £25,000 PA (rising to £28,000) Year 2 OTE: £35,000 +

What you'll be doing:
 
Business development - Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone- based and face- to face engagement.
Candidate sourcing & Management - Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
Sales & Negotiation - Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
Building Long Term Relationships - Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
Achieving & Exceeding Targets - Working towards individual and team performance targets.
