We are working with a Secondary School in Wolverhampton who are looking for a Site Manager on permanent basis, starting ASAP.
The primary purpose of the Site Manager is to ensure the effective and efficient management of the school premises, providing a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for all staff, students, and visitors.
This role is pivotal in supporting the educational objectives of the school by overseeing the maintenance, health and safety, security, and operational functionality of the school buildings and grounds.
The Site Manager will manage site staff, coordinate with external contractors, and work closely with the school leadership team to support the delivery of high-quality education. Additionally, the Site Manager will implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
About you:
* Experience with Fire and Safety, Maintenance and Cleaning, General Estates and Lettings/whole Academy Functions.
* Someone who holds the iOSH qualification or equivalent would be ideal
* Experience of HSE Management System
Salary - £30,296 - £32,076
Full Time, Permanent- 37.5 hours per week
