Job title: WelderJob location: Winsford, CheshireHourly pay rate: Days: £16.44 per hour +OvertimeNights: £18.91 per hour. +OvertimeShifts:Days: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm with a 3.30pm finish on Friday.Nights: Monday to Thursday, 19:45-06:00 (30 minute lunch break)Hours per week: 41.5 hours plus overtimeStart date: ASAPDuration: 6 months Temp to PermBenefits for you:* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* Employee Assistance Programme* On-site parking with electric/plug-in charging points* Subsidised onsite canteen* Overtime bonus scheme* Free birthday breakfast, free fruit every day and cake FridaysRole Summary: * You will be responsible for welding assemblies to a high level of quality.* You will be able to read and understand technical drawings and specification sheets and be able to identify weld symbols.* You will be responsible for carrying out precision measurements and accurately marking out.* You must be able to select the correct materials and be skilled in cutting materials by burning, disc cutting or by machine.Role Responsibilities:* Following technical drawings and specification sheets* MIG welding to a high standard* Responsibility for your own PPE and welding equipment* Must be able to work individually or as part of a team to meet production targets.* Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues* Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations* Maintaining production area housekeeping* Minimize waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.* Always Maintaining a safe working environmentExperience Required:* Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing* High quality assembly experience of specified materials such as MIG welding, mild steel, 3mm - 20mm* Demonstrate skillset using various hand tools.* Reading and working from drawings* Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained.Please contact:Adam JacksonT: E:
