Your Role:

Collaborate with customers and clients to gather compliance requirements.
Implement compliance standards with our in-country teams and suppliers.
Conduct pre-audits and assist in audit preparations.
Develop and review compliance procedures.
Oversee accreditation processes, including booking audits and managing corrective actions.
Stay updated on country laws and regulations.
Manage ethical compliance programs and support investigations into potential issues.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and clients.
What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a similar compliance role.
Knowledge of factory auditing processes and ethical audit programs.
Familiarity with sustainability and environmental programs (GOTS, BCI, Higg Index).
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and pay meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and a full, clean driving license.
