Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stairlift Maintenance and Installation Field Service Engineer to join our team, covering the South West regions of Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Avon. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining wheelchair lifts, stairlifts, and through-floor lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain a variety of stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, and through-floor lifts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support during installation and maintenance visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and complies with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience with stairlifts, lifts, and mobility equipment.
Full driving licence.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
