Company Overview - Fire Alarm Project Manager
Our client is a leading fire alarm services provider, now looking to expand their team with an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects. With a solid reputation in the industry, they are experiencing significant growth and require a skilled Project Manager to ensure smooth and successful execution of fire alarm system installations and upgrades.

Fire Alarm Project Manager - Role and Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and deliver fire alarm system projects from inception through to completion, including installations, upgrades, and service contracts.

* Manage and oversee the servicing, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of addressable, conventional, and GENT systems.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

* Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance with fire safety regulations.

* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.

* Provide guidance and support to engineers, ensuring they have the resources and training required to complete their tasks effectively.

* Supervise and assist with system installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance.

* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot potential issues promptly.

* Oversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement.

* Deliver technical reports and project documentation to clients, ensuring all work is thoroughly documented.

Fire Alarm Project Manager - Skills and Experience Required:

* Full UK driving licence (Essential)

* At least 3 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry, with a focus on project management (Essential)

* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including addressable, conventional, and GENT systems.

* Proven experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and liaising with clients.

* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

* Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

* A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to lead a team effectively.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
