If you’re an experience Site Financial Controller within the world of Manufacturing, we want to speak with you!

We are excited to be kicking off 2025, with a great opportunity working for a fast-paced manufacturing organisation who have quickly jumped from 32m to 48m turnover in only a short period. They are searching for an ambitious Site Financial Controller to join them to champion their continued growth throughout 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to own the entire finance function for one of their largest sites, reporting directly into the Plant Director and business partnering with key stakeholders to drive the company’s ongoing success and growth.

In this hands-on role, you’ll combine operational oversight with strategic financial leadership, playing a critical part in ensuring the site achieves its performance goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading all financial activities at the Hull site, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the site leadership team, offering financial insights to support growth and decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of improvement and development.
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with group finance and other site controllers to maintain alignment on financial strategies.

What You’ll Bring to The Role:

You’ll have a strong background in finance, with significant experience in site-based financial leadership. You’re driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments where your strategic and operational skills can shine.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a senior financial role, ideally within manufacturing or operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in financial systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
