Salary: £34000 - £36000/annum company benefits & commission

Our client are seeking a dynamic and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations at their arcade. The ideal candidate will manage staff control inventory ensure machine functionality and optimize customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Stock Control Monitor and maintain stock levels for arcade prizes and game supplies. Conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed.

* Staff Management Recruit train and schedule floor staff ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Lead and motivate the team ensuring staff follow company policies safety guidelines and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Completing payroll on time.

* Game Payout Management Set and monitor game payout percentages to balance customer satisfaction and profitability. Regularly analyse payout metrics and adjust machine settings as necessary.

* Monitoring and Reporting Game Errors Monitor games and equipment for errors or technical issues that affect gameplay and customer experience. Document and report all errors promptly keeping a log of issues and resolutions. Work with technicians to identify recurring problems and implement long-term solution. Coordinate cleaning for arcade games.

* Customer Service Address customer inquiries complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Monitor customer satisfaction seeking feedback to improve service and engagement. Develop strategies to enhance the arcade's appeal and encourage repeat visits.

* Reporting and Budget Management Fill out regular reports on stock levels and game payouts. Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimising operations and reducing costs.

* Partner Relationship Work closely with partner staff and management. Ensure communication lines are open and a good working relationship is maintained with partner General Management.

* Site Standards Ensure site standards are kept to the highest levels. Manage cleaning routines and ensure all areas are clean.
