The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, including cladding remediation, retrofit schemes, estate regeneration, rooftop developments, and traditional building works, with values reaching £50m.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, valuations, risk management, and reporting
Managing and mentoring junior surveyors, supporting their professional development
Taking full ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving repeat business and consultancy growthThis consultancy offers a flat structure with direct access to senior leadership, providing a fast-track route to Associate and Director level. RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
MRICS qualification preferred (or working towards)
5+ years' experience in a UK PQS / Consultancy environment
Strong pre- and post-contract expertise
