Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an highly reputable, established, family run private care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their care services. The home is a small sized elderly care that provides complex nursing care to elderly residents which can include Parkinsons, Brain and Spinal Injuries and Neurological conditions. The successful Home Manager will be part of a great team who are all care focused and want to provide the best care for their residents.

Salary

£60k to £65k per annum depending on experience.

Candidate requirements

* You must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.

* Good CQC History or experience with turnaround projects

* Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business

* MUST have experience with Tracheostomy.

* MUST be a registered nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD with a valid pin

Location

This role is based in Wolverhampton and commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Birmingham, Telford, Stafford and Cannock
