Job Title: Learning & Development Advisor Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum Location: NorthamptonshireOur thriving, fast paced and dynamic client is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the growing HR team.The role is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge and build capability.We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify training needs, develop and deliver effective learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:*Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs within the organisation.*Develop and design engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses*Manage programmes such as Apprenticeships, early careers, talent management, work-experience and internships as required.*Facilitate training sessions, company inductions and workshops, for employees at all levels*Support the HR team with the Talent Management Process*Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics*Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.*Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.*Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement that are shared with key stakeholders.*Work closely with people managers and senior management to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.*Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards *Support with ad hoc L&D related projects Skill Requirements:*Proven experience in a Learning & Development role *A background in a HR discipline and willingness to support the HR team as required*Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles*Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.*You'll be an excellent communicator and great at engaging people *Strong relationship builder with stakeholders and colleagues.*A valid UK driving license with your own transport is essential as there will be a requirement to travelWhat's in it for you?*A salary of up to £40,000 per annum *Hybrid working arrangement- 3/2 split *Enhanced matched pension *23 days annual leave plus your birthday day off and bank holidays*Other perks including summer hours *Excellent employee social calendar *Fantastic development and progression opportunities.
