As a Lead DevOps Engineer at ZIGUP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating development and operations, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, automating process, and mentoring a team to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless deployment and system reliability.
• Lead automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle, using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
• Manage and optimise infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and access control.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and improve and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals.

About You

• First of all, you have strong foundation in software development, system administration, and cloud computing.
• You have experience with DevOps methodologies, automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AQS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
• Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with teams and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
