The Company:

The Company specialise in the design and manufacture of applications for the oil & gas industry

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating 3 and 5 axis CNC machines in line with the delivery requirements of the business.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

* Set up machines using the set-up sheets, tooling/fixtures and Edgecam programmes

* Run the machines in line with the speeds and feeds called up by the programs and monitor performance

* Carry out in cycle inspection of the parts produced using micrometres, verniers and coordinate measuring machine reports

About you:

* NVQ Level 2

* Experienced in all aspects of workshop practice

* Experience in all aspects of Production Machining both Manual and CNC

* Experience and knowledge in working with Duplex and Nickel Alloy Materials

* Able to do metric conversions from drawings

* Experience of machine part inspections using gauges

* Able to run multiple similar machines (desirable)

* Ability to edit CNC programmes (desirable)

Package:

* Up to £35,000 + gainshare incentive (salary could increase after probation)

* 25 days annual leave + banks
