Are you an experienced Small Works Manager with a background in the construction industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the build construction team of a respected main contractor, managing three dynamic projects across Dundee and Fife.

About the Role:
As a Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of three key projects. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining client relationships. If you have experience working with a main contractor and overseeing small to medium-sized construction projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage three small-scale projects simultaneously for a main contractor

*

Coordinate and manage teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery

*

Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle

*

Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

*

Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients and senior management

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Small Works Manager or similar role, ideally with a main contractor in the build construction sector

*

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

*

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

*

Experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

*

Full UK driving license
