We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a varied role within a busy Procurement and Contract Management Team. You will have excellent administrative abilities and first rate IT skills including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be a member of the administration team, able to work with your peers but having the skills to work on your own initiative within set work procedures.
You will be involved in delivering and supporting all routine purchasing requirements and supporting larger procurement projects. You will have contact with suppliers and other General Lighthouse Authorities, and close contact with employees and Directors as appropriate, which will require excellent communication skills and exemplary attention to detail. Your ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks both short to mid-term must come as second nature, balanced with this, the ability to be flexible as priorities change.

-A high level of attention to detail.
-Excellent administration skills, including electronic administration.
-Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office Products.
-Five level 2 qualifications including English and mathematics
-Relevant level 2 vocational qualification, (e.g. CIPS Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations) desirable.
