Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group sessions and interventions to support children's learning in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Provide cover for teachers, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and interactive lessons.
• Work closely with class teachers to assess students' progress and adapt support accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
• Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them to build confidence and resilience.
