We are currently recruiting for numerous class 2 drivers for a leading company in Burton. We are looking for experienced LGV drivers who have a flexible approach to work and looking for a permanent opportunity. In return you will be offered permanent, full time work with excellent rates of pay!

Job duties:

* Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations

* Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently

* Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment

* Average of 6 Drops per Run (covering England & Wales)

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation

Applicants must have the following:

* Hold a LGV License (Class 2)

* Hold a valid digital tachograph card (digi-card)

* Valid CPC

* Minimum 2 years' experience

* Polite and pleasant personality

* Strapping experience

* Ok with manual handling

Pay

* £42,000 plus bonus

Hours

* Monday to Friday Work (Occasional Saturday, but not regular)

* Early Starts (Between 01:00 - 04:30)

* One Night Out Per Week
