Our client, a family owned Contractor have the need for a Sub/Site Agent to join their team on their Thames Tideway project in South East London. The works are Public Realm works and include Paving, Drainage, Landscaping and Minor Build works.

This role is specifically to handle the Handover Documentation and Packages with it being an office based role predominantly focussed on that area.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally come from an Engineering background and will have worked your way into a Sub/Site Agent role. You will have proven experience in undertaking large Handover Documentation gained on major projects with reputable Main Contractors.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and minimum 3-4 month contract.
