Are you an experienced Head of Service & Maintenance looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an fast growth Midlands based SME, where you will be building the Service & Maintenance division.

A leading player in the heat pump service industry is currently looking for a Head of Service & Maintenance to join their growing team in the Midlands.

As the Head of Service & Maintenance, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to perform service and repair tasks to a high standard.

* Assess and replace heat pump systems that are at the end of their operational life, both in domestic and commercial settings.

* Understand and manage profit and loss for the service department, ensuring cost-effective and profitable operations.

To be successful in the role of Head of Service & Maintenance, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Qualifications: Technical background in Mechanical engineering in commercial buildings

* Experience: Commercial plant rooms, P&L responsibility, swapping out of assets.

* Leadership: Experience managing & building a team.
