Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Your new role
You will act as the first point of contact for the business, supporting around 90 employees, managers and stakeholders. Providing generalist advice across the full employee lifestyle, including Employee Relations, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll (collation of information only)Working in an HR team of 4 including the HR Director, you will work closely with them to ensure a sound and professional HR services are provided at all times.There are plenty of development opportunities that come with this role, and you will be able to not only deal with the BAU but also get involved in more exciting projects.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)Have around 4 years HR experience working in a fast-paced and commercial environment.ATS & HRIS administration experience
