Their services include fire stopping installation and compliance solutions tailored to various environments, such as offices, educational institutions, and residential properties. Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting site surveys, identifying fire safety risks, and recommending necessary fire protection measures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed fire safety surveys across various sites.

* Assess and report on passive fire protection measures, including fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation.

* Identify potential fire risks and propose appropriate solutions.

* Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and standards.

* Prepare comprehensive survey reports and documentation.

* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to discuss survey findings and recommendations.

* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a surveyor in the fire protection or construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of passive fire protection and fire safety regulations.

* Excellent report writing and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, FPA, or equivalent) are advantageous.

* Full UK driving licence.
