You’ll manage audits, accounts preparation, and advisory work while mentoring staff and ensuring top-quality service delivery.Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and provide timely, cost-effective advice.
• Plan, supervise, and finalise audits and accounts for corporate and NFP clients.
• Mentor and appraise junior staff, fostering team growth.
• Identify business opportunities and support partners on value-added projects.
• Monitor deadlines, manage WIP, and contribute to billing processes.

What You Need:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (FCA or FCCA desirable).
• 4+ years post-qualification, with 3+ years managing staff in a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounts, and corporate tax, with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
