About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the design and delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects in the Sheffield area. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing design concepts and layouts that meet client requirements and industry standards
Managing design teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings
Overseeing the production of design drawings and specifications
Ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Client liaison and relationship managementAbout You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

Relevant design degree or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Design Manager in the interior fit-out industry
Strong design skills and aesthetic sense
Excellent project management and organizational skills
