My client is a market leading residential groundworks, specalist contractor. With a full order book for 2024 / 25, they are looking to recruit a Site Engineer based across their East Midlands sites. You will predomintaley be based in the Nottingham area, and will be working within the hour.

This is a long term freelance or permanent opportunity. The company are looking for someone with previous experience working on residential groundworks sites.

Rates: £350 - £450 per day dependant on experience.

Roles / Responsibilities

* Setting out

* Cross checking CAD information

* Photo-based dilapidation survey

* topography survey

* Providing technical guidance to the site team

* Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality

* Quality Assurance

* Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey

* Street works applications
