Locum Occupational Therapist - Reablement Team

This is a unique opportunity to work in a proactive, person-centred service where your skills will directly impact clients' well-being and long-term independence. The team is led by Occupational Therapists, working alongside Occupational Therapy Assistants and Support Workers to deliver high-quality reablement support in the community.

Your Role

* Conduct strengths-based assessments to identify client needs

* Develop and implement creative, goal-driven reablement plans in collaboration with customers and their families

* Provide specialist OT input to support individuals in regaining daily living skills

* Work autonomously while engaging with a supportive multidisciplinary team

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience

* HCPC registered

* Experience in reablement, rehabilitation, or community-based therapy

* A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential, as home and hospital visits are required)

* Pay Rate: £35 per hour (Umbrella)
