Business Development Manager - Property Industry - £36,000 per annum - Kelvedon area - 9:00am - 5:00pm

A client of ours within the property industry, located on the outskirts of Kelvedon area are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £30,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Identify growth opportunities and achieve KPIs.
Lead the team in client service and relationship building.
Manage accounts and re-engage inactive clients.
Coordinate cross-departmental handovers.
Collaborate on sales campaigns and industry events.
Maintain accurate client records and IT systems.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Oversee contractor applications and tenders.
Manage, develop, and monitor the team's performance.
Promote continuous learning and best practices.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Business Development Manager position:

Proven business development or sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Team leadership and management experience
CRM proficiency and data-driven approach
Full clean driving license required and own transport due to their remote location
