About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant educational team in Enfield, London. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring our pupils receive the highest standard of education and pastoral care.

Application Requirements:

• Proven experience working within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classes under the direction of the class teacher.
• Support individuals and groups of students within and outside the classroom.
• Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
• Manage pupil behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and support assessment and record-keeping.
