About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled AC Maintenance Engineer to join our mobile team in London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems across multiple client sites throughout London. This role offers a great opportunity for engineers with 3-5 years of FM experience and a strong background in air conditioning systems.

You will work in a Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 shift pattern, with the potential for overtime and a call-out requirement. A company van, uniform, and full support are provided, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform regular planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (including splits, multi-splits, and VRF systems).

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on various AC systems to ensure minimal downtime.

* Respond to emergency call-outs and repairs, ensuring efficient and quick resolutions.

* Complete all required paperwork and reports related to maintenance activities and jobs.

* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Carry out any additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on air conditioning maintenance.

* FGAS certification (mandatory).

* Relevant AC qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).

* Full UK driving licence (as the role is mobile across multiple locations).

* Experience working with a range of air conditioning systems (split units, VRF systems, etc.).

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

* Previous experience in a mobile role (working across various sites).

* Experience with additional building services such as heating or electrical systems.
