Quality personnel are currently looking for a sales administrator to join our growing client based in Kingston, Milton Keynes.

Please note our client is a financial services company and candidates would need to be able to pass a credit check.

" Sales Order management from receipt of a Customers Purchase Orders to raising SOP on the Protean System and communicate to all parties expectations , update customer of the progress to invoicing the customer on dispatching of the goods.
" Take telephone enquiries from customers
" Process monthly and quarterly invoices
" Produce management reports working to the SLA's
" Produce customer orders
" Liaise with order management to ensure stock levels are available for customers
" Support the helpdesk taking customer and engineer calls

Competencies required;

" Sage experience desirable
" Microsoft excel skill essential including Excel
" Excellent telephone skills
" Excellent organisational skills
